Ham and green bean salad! I am so excited. I absolutely love green bean salad, that is my favorite food for this time of year.

Well, we have the traditional dinner, ham, turkey and dressing with cranberry sauce, mac and cheese, collard greens and all kinds of desserts.  I love it.  Merry Christmas!!!

I normally go with a Bird for thanksgiving and Ham for Christmas. We are going to mix it up this year. We are going with both, Turkey and Ham. I have a Bird I got free with Points at my Wegman's and We bought a Ham (small one), so for 10 people 6 adults and 4 kids we have a 12 Lb turkey and a 6 Lb Ham. We will be sending food home with the Children. We never keep very many leftovers, It would just go bad, only two of us in the house.

We have a huge meal on Thanksgiving.  For Christmas, we tone it down and just have chips & dips and other things to snack on.

Prime rib and garlic mashed potatoes are must haves.
Apple pie is also warranted.
Hot cider.
Got other things like ham, chicken, green beans.
Corn. I think the most fun comes from preparing the food myself.
All the business in the kitchen for the few days.

To me Christmas means HAM; just as Thanksgiving means TURKEY!   Just a tradition!

I have traditions for what I make on Easter and Thanksgiving.  I want to do the same for Christmas Day.  What do you have to eat for dinner on Christmas Day?

I meet a group of friends at the Hong Kong Buffet on Christmas Day.  It might seem strange but it's a place where we can all meet to wish each other a Merry Christmas.  It's also nice that someone else does the cooking.

Have a great day!
