I can't believe a lot of you dignified that educated fools comments.

He's mad because his erra is ushering out. The only thing that matters is how many zeros are behind your account. I believe if I am really making my boss some real money. He wouldn't care how I addressed him. If I said Whats up Man. He'd most likely say not a thing Man.

Raise your kids and not other people. If you're that concerned about the others getting educated. Try paying for their lessons with all that money you have made with your education

i totaly agree with this statement as my hubby n his maniger, supervisor, and the head boss all talk to each other like this lol. they love his work and he's one of the best they got. they don't care how he talks as long as it's not rude. and he's doing his job. that is all that matters. i would feel the same if i owned a companie. as long as they did what they were being paid for and did not get rude or curse at people.. who cares how they talk... it's called freedom of speach! and yes i know i can not spell... it's called a learning disorder... does not mean that i am dumb or uneducated! so please. think before you speak of other people you have no clue about :)
to juzmeok.....

thats cute.

congratulations for your husbands position.... and his relationship with his boss.

i, on the other hand, dealt with owners of companies that purchased 50k-100k worth of our product at each sale.... i did $1 million sales my FIRST year with that company. (and thats MANY years after busting my *bleep* in *bleep* jobs.)

using that "hippity hoppity" speak that yall love, i couldnt have had enough money to buy a bag of peanuts.

TO..... joclt22.... that said.... The only thing that matters is how many zeros are behind your account....

 son, i've hired and fired more college kids with that same attitude than you have on your "myspace friends" account.

NOW..... with all this said.... while i would like to see more of you youngsters take more pride in your expression skills.... i KNOW mine is a lost cause.... because as joclt22 said.... The only thing that matters is how many zeros are behind your account. (to yall, apparently)

 ;D

If you worked for million dollar companies, selling million dollar products, may I ask how you ended up here at FusionCash? It would seem that someone with your level of education and work expirence would be out working in the corporate world and not on a site like this completing offers for extra cash, let alone critiquing everyone else's grammar. Just curious!

i have alot of time on my hands.... since leaving that world.

my house/land is paid off.
my car, as well.
my retirement is set.

not too bad for a 41 year old.

now.... i DO work.... but my current job just pays my living expenses and enables me to travel with my g/f. (PLUS... and its a big plus... i have medical, dental.... etc and so on)

last year, we hit vegas three times and chicago once.... plus we go on what i call mini-vacations (two-three days).... around the south east.

i wonder how joclt22s life is going.

I feel that instead of leaving one another rhetorical comments & such, that you all make use of FC's New and WONDERFUL feature called the "IGNORE" button! Life is too short to troll through the Forums and bash anyone for their typing/spelling/grammar abilities (or lack there of).

Many people speak proper english, use proper grammar & know how to spell. But in the great world of the World Wide Web, there is such a thing as "Internet Shorthand"
So to sit and nit-pick at someone for not typing in such a way as to meet "your standards", is not only ignorant, it's just showing what type of a person you are. Furthermore, this IS an open Forum and even here, within FC'S Forum TOS, there is such a thing as FREEDOM OF SPEECH! As I stated before, instead of making ASSumptions of someones life in which you know nothing about, just click on IGNORE!

We ALL have a right to be here but we do NOT have the right to sit on our *bleep*'es judging others! And we all need to be a bit more respectful of other peoples feelings. There are people behind these screens and just because we are on the internet, does not give us the right to abuse others with words, PERIOD!

Here are some famous words to live by & is quoted by Theodore Roosevelt:
"The most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people."

Thank you for the post.

I agree we have to check our spelling and that can be hard without a spell check. Even though I wrote a book and write daily articles, I find that I still make typo's and mistakes.

If this post was for me I will reply with this: I was not stating that people need to use spell check or watch their spelling while in this forum...or anywhere else for that matter. Who would I be to down someone for the way they spell? I have no right to do such and neither does anyone else! I play on Pogo with many different people who have difficulty typing so they use typing shortcuts. It has nothing to do with watching how they spell, typos, etc. And the person who started in on joclt22 after she had stated she has a learning disability so makes spelling mistakes, really pissed me off! I mean seriously, would this person make fun of someone in a wheelchair, someone with Downs Syndrome...? A learning disability is a handicap and to sit and trash them shows what type of a low life they are!

Yes, we do make typos but for others to sit and literally trash someone for making a spelling mistake is very much so ignorant! But it's none of anyones business to be anyone that's here, Teacher! Afterall, this is but a mere Forum. And the bashing person states he's 41.....I'm 37 and he acts like he's so much more ancient than everyone else here by his references to them of "young ones". Likes he's really that much older to be trying to lay down the wisdom of life to others!

I normally would not comment on such a thread as this but it really sickened and pissed me off to see someone make fun and light of someone elses handicap. Even for us "young ones", we know how wrong that is. So in the end, is he really much more mature than the rest of us?? Nope, just more ignorant!

MystedMoon? I take it that you made use of your "ignore" button in this situation? That really is a great feature! I use it regularly! I know that some people really know how to get others fired up on here, but its looking like that is exactly what this guy is after. Maybe we shouldnt give him the satisfaction? :dontknow: I hear ya though!

my life is going very well and i am happy. and that's what life is all about. but i feel sorry for you as i feel you have so much time on your hands due to the fact of no true friends, due to the way you treat people and talk about them. and all that end up getting you in the end is one long sad, loney life.
i pray for you as i know 1st hand that the only reason people attack other person on the net for no reason is they are so unhappy that they wish everyone else to be just like them.

thanks you for what you said and i agree completely. i have ignored him but i had to put how i felt so this will be my last post on this topic......   remember everyone. you are who you are. no one else matters. if your happy with yourself and your life. who cares what others think. they are not living your life. you are! so make that best of it and stay happy! for people who try to bring you down and hurt you, wether online or in real life... use the ignore button! remember there is an ignore button in your head to.. just walk away and pray that they someday find happiness :)

google has an excellent spell check for those like me with whom spelling isnt a strong point.

but here's a tip..... "y" and "u" are NOT words, they are letters.

secondly.... please take an english class that emphasizes sentence structure, and point making.

the only thing that holds us together is language.... and if you work on it, perhaps WE ALL can understand what the hell you are trying to say.

thank you.

JLB ~ :cat:

Well for the google spell checker, ooops missed that part of the web. Browser doesnt do dictionaries. English classes, have not took a class since college.

With whom is an I dont know what.

We come to forums to talk, chat vent, whatever, people relate to our problems and we do help people out. It may Not be "what the boss wants" but hey we are on our own time. If you cannot understand what everyone is talking about, and want to knock English slang on the web here,

Educate yourself with this link

http://www.noslang.com/articles.php

If the only thing that is holding us together is language then we have more problems than just everyday life. Judging a book by its cover is not a good thing to do especially if you dont know who or what the book is about.

I usually don't post much in here, but obviously that fellas parents didnt teach him much manners.  Arrogance is not a suitable virtue.  Live and let live.  Im 47 and can care less if the youngins wants to shorten words or use slang, I did it as a kid and my kids do it.  If you cant read text, than my friend, I fear your not near as educated as you claim to be.
A braggert as Ive learned over the years, usually dosent have a pot to p*ss in and wants others to think they do.  And yes, Im sure your mom thinks your the cats meow.  ::)
