yep just waiting on that day when we get our next ultrasound and find out what this baby is and see if it's growing as normal. i'm not getting very big so im kinda concerned.

We waited until the children were born.  We were excited to find out the sex before hand but not knowing made the pregnancy period even more exciting.  Life has so few miraculous surprises that waiting was a reward to oourselves and the joy we felt when each child came out was magnificent.  We felt that knowing the sex of our babies prior to having the child was akin to knowing what was in our birthday/christmas gifts prior to opening them.  Plus we didn't want to jinx the birth(somewhat superstitious).  We were blessed to have two healthy babies.

My son is the light of my world and reason for living. Congratulations on your new arrival! Being a parent really is the hardest job you'll ever love.  Positive energies to you throughout your entire pregnancy! The OBGYNs' all said they were concerned with how small I was through my pregnancy, but my son was born happy and healthy, weighing 7lbs 9oz and measuring 20.5 inches. So being small isn't necessarily something to be too concerned about- it makes loosing extra pregnancy weight much easier post-delivery!

Don't be concerned yet, you'll probably gain all the weight toward the end of the pregnancy (if thats any consolence to you lol). My guess is it's a boy, I didn't get very big with them, you couldn't even tell I was pregnant from behind.  Let us know what it is and congrats!!!!

Not being big is no big deal.  A lot of women don't show til like the 7th month esp if it is the first one.  I didn't read all the posts yet so if this has done been answered sorry for the repeat but what do you want?  I wouldn't care as long as it was healthy but if I had a choice I think I would go with a girl.  Actually, I always wanted to have twins.  Everybody says I am crazy but that is what I wanted.

Congratulations!  We just found out that our grandson and his wife are going to have their second and then move to Alaska for 3 years.  Thank goodness for Facebook and Skype
