Bake or Fry?

I would have to say bake, because it's healthier, whenever I cook chicken or fish. I always bake it, because too fried foods is bad for you.

We bake most of the time or grill. I fry very rarely.

I love to bake vs. frying, plus there isn't all of that greasy...which do you prefer?

it depends on what type of food you are cooking if to bake or to fry.

I prefer to bake things too. To me, most things taste better baked versus fried. I even prefer to bake tater tots. I don't like biting into something having all that oil dripping off it or all over my plate. Occasionally I'll have fried foods but I try to get rid of as much excess oil/grease that I can before I eat it.
