Name Brand Or Generic

It depends on the particular item.  I have tried some store brands which I did not like
but for the most part I try to buy generic as much as possible.

Walmart has some generic products that are just as good as the real deal.

Lately I've been trying generic brands and some of them are good . . . but some aren't.

Generic here!! Philadelphia cheese is about the only brand I make that I dont buy generic becsuse I do believe it taste better.

I think it would depend on the item. Towards the end of my college degree, I was buying Walgreens brand soda because they were cheaper, and the taste was very much the same as the other version.

I'm lucky enough not to have copays with my scripts, so I generally go with whatever is prescribed and allowed by the pharmacy formulary.

I buy both name brand and generic depending on the product and what prices are at that time. Peanut Butter has to be Peter Pan, laundry detergent has to be Tide, toilet paper has to be Charmin Ultra Strong. Otherwise, I look for deals and coupons and get whatever is cheapest. Unless my husband is with me, he is more picky. If he doesn't see that I'm using a different brand, he's fine. But if he sees I've gotten something different, he whines about it.

I always buy name brands, they are advertised on tv and they are more trustworthy because they come from a bigger company

I buy generic items, but there are some things I won't give up the name brand for. Sometimes quality is better than getting something cheaper, you know the old saying ya get what ya pay for.
