Good 'ol Macaroni & Cheese. I feel like a pimp when I make it and a king when I eat it.

I like to make Baked Ham with pineapple and brown sugar. It's easy and my family absolutely loves it. There's not many leftovers when I make this either. It's very good.

Meatloaf! I took the recipe from my mom and kicked it up a bit. I've discovered the secret to keeping it moist inside, but fully cooked =)

It is allot of work but I like to make full meal from scratch like :

Chicken and Hearts soup - boiling the chicken and making a broth and making my own pasta

Homemade french bread with rosemary

And my boyfriend's personal favorite a from scratch yellow cake with homemade chocolate butter cream frosting!

It is a great meal ! I made this again recently when he was sick to cheer him up! It worked like a charm!  :D

when you've been a chef, you can cook almost any recipe or even just looking at what someone is doing an you know how to make it - when asked what i want for dinner - it is what ever you want - if i buy it i know how i'm going to use it - butcher meat to preping vegs - the worst part of having been a chef is that you know when the recipe is not quite correct - in 1990 i had an opportunity to speak with the President of the American Chef Assoc - told him we were killing our customers with to much salt, sugar and fat - ask what should be done - the suggestion was made that Chefs should take nutrition classes as part of the certification program - he agree and six months latter a program was put in place - now i'm on a new kick - food prices should be tied to the calories - each calorie cost presently about .017 cents - so if you eat 900 calories a day as i do then the cost for the food for the day would be - $15.30 per day or $5584.50 per year - so there you have it - Health, Happiness, Peace, and Positive Perspective - IMHO >> In My Humble Opinion - The MUSEUM, Zazzle
