Himalayan salt

my neighbor's daughter bought her a Himalayan salt inhaler. She had oxygen treatment for years because her lungs werre not clear.
After three weeks, my neighbor was no longer in need of the oxygen tanks. Her lungs have cleared up.

That's amazing! I'm a firm believer in using natural methods for healing. I don't like to use pharmaceuticals unless I absolutely have to. I haven't tried the himalayan salt myself but I do want to get some salt lamps for my family. They have allergies and asthma.

I have not heard of the Himalayan salt treatment.  I have seen salt lamps in the stores but did not know that they were great air purifiers.
