Do you go to church on Sunday

I'm a Catholic and I sooooooo believe in God. BUT, I know longer believe in organized religion and i'll tell you why.....My Mom God Bless her use to ALWAYS send me up to our church with a generous donation. One year it was their 60th Anniversary and she wanted me to go to the church and ask if they could have a Mass for her and Dad. So I did, with her generous donation in hand. I went to the rectory and requested a Mass for a certain date and the woman said "I'm sorry but that date wasn't available" I took the envelope out of my pocket and said thank you and that my Mom wanted me to give you this. She opened the enveloped in front of me which had a large sum in it. The woman then said "wait let me check my calendar again", well low and behold the date I asked for suddenly opened up which was the exact date of Mom and Dads Anniversary...I thanked her and got up as she walked me to the door, I stepped out and she said "it must have been a devin intervention grrrrrrrrrr . I composed myself but I so wanted to say to her "NOOOOOOO I think it was the generous donation".....Mom and Dad got their Mass, and I NEVER said a word to either one of my parents about that day. That my friend is why I no longer go to Church but God is in my heart and he has helped me so much and I pray EVERY night no mater where I am, in bed, sitting on the toilet lol..well you get my drift.....that's all she wrote !!...I know my spelling is poor ugggg

I don't really like church. I'm agnostic now but even when I was Christian I only found one church home I cared for and never found one after I moved. Too much gossip and judgement going on in most of them. Preachers living in mansions and driving Mercedes. Seems to me like they're in service to their egos more than God.

Thats why it best if you examine your religeon.Jesus scolded the Pharissees and said they got their reward in full by wanting to be seen when they prayed in public.

Its NOT hard to see beyond a doubt Jesus was Gods son and yet because HE exposed the BS of many religeous leaders they had him put to death!

I haven't been to church in many years.  I used to go nearly every week when my kids were small but really got away from it when they grew up and my husband wouldn't attend my church so I just quit going.

I go to church every Sunday and during the week at lease 4 days. My church has prayers every day 3 times a day.
