From my understanding it's when you start/stop eating at a certain time every day.  For me I stop eating around 6 (or 7)pm and don't eat anything the next morning until after 10 am.

I know what fasting is, but not sure what intermittent fasting is. What's that?

I had headaches when I dry fasted but not with intermittent (or water) fasting.

I don't think it would be good for me; I'm sure it would lead to bad headaches for me or worse.

Doesn't sound like anything I'd want to try cause I don't believe it will do any good in the long run - except maybe - make your entire body get shocked and not know what the devil it's supposed to do.  but, good luck to those who want to try.

You have a good point.  People's bodies react differently to different rituals.

I've heard that it can make you feel really good when you succeed but I have a problem that I enjoy eating way too much too try it lol.

Not really because it can be dangerous. Portion control and drinking water instead of sodas are better choices than fasting or starving.
