Boxes or gift bags
« on: December 06, 2015, 07:55:36 am »
Do you put most Christmas gifts in boxes and then wrap, or do you mainly use gift bags?  If it's not clothing I use more gift bags.

Gifts I've bought before were just wrapped in wrapping paper. No box or bag was needed, except for one but I used a box.

I like to open a wrapped gift. I figure everyone else does too.  So I wrap.

Sometime ago when I was giving presents,  it was always in bags with pretty tissue paper.

I wrap the gifts, & if I put the gift in a box, I stuff it with tissue paper & candy.  I ribbon & candy cane the outside as well.   If you're going through the trouble to wrap a gift, it might as well become a complete presentation.  :)

I love to use gift bags. It's easy to stuff things in and I don't have to use tape.

I loved using both,  makes the tree so beautiful and full with just a few gifts. Also after the gifts are open i can pack boxes and smaller bags in a large bag for use the next Xmas.

BAGS! It's quick and easy and they can use them over next year. My wife has a closet full of bags and plenty of tissue all the time.

I use a variety of options.  I think it looks nice under the tree with the variation.  If it's something I'm giving someone it really all depends on it's shape and where I have to transport it to.
