I don't bother putting support tickets any more,  they do not bother to actually read them and just tell you that there are "other ways to earn on Fusion Cash".  I had contacted them about being redirected to a strange page from a video and after that nothing I did that day credited.  This happened on 2 different occasions.  I didn't care about the $,  I was concern that there was a security breech. I explained that and all I got was the canned response, tough luck do something else.  Proper response would have been " Thank you for your concern.  We will investigate this. 

For the sponsor ads if they would have said something they would have looked much better.  Now it just appears that they didn't have the sponsors or they didn't have the cash flow and they just saved .9 - 1.05 per person who usually does ptc

Oh yes! 5 days down was really a long time when you're used to it always being there and relying on that extra 15 cents a day. Not to get back to work!

I had to do the captcha 10 times this morning just to complete ptc. It was so much easier before it was broken that week

Yes, I had that response when the videos were not working.  They just said move on to other things.  But, sometimes other things dont work either.

Was hoping to make cash out this month. With the PTC down I don't think Im gonna make. Sure thing for next month.

I finally put a ticket in on this but the only response was, "This is out of our control".   It did not address Amin. not posting about this problem in the forum.
