Favorite Deviled Eggs

On the 4th of July I decided to play with a new deviled egg recipe.  Do you have a recipe that's very different and/or unique?

I have to be selective about my recipes because I need to use gluten free ingredients; due to the fact that, I'm allergic to wheat.

This recipe is a keeper for me:

Boil 12 eggs and peel.  Cut in half and remove yolks. Mix yolks with:

3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
chopped green onion (scallions)
2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
hot sauce (I used Cholula)
Salt, pepper and paprika

My friend came over and ate most of these.  That's a pretty good indication that this recipe was a success. 

How do you make deviled eggs?

I love deviled eggs! I usually just use mayo, mustard, pickle juice, salt, pepper and paprika.

I usually make mine the same way all the time mayo, mustard and ranch dressing.  I plan to make some today.

One of my favorite snacks are deviled eggs. I like them more when someone else cooks them I eat them. I have a nice deviled egg display plate.
