Always make elbow macaroni and home made cheesy biscuits. Once in while we do hot dogs for chili dogs or a tamale.

I like chili served with a little shredded cheese on top. Sometimes a dollop of sour cream.
Cornbread is a good side.

I like a lot of crackers in my chili. Sometimes I put a slice of cheese or some plain yogurt on top.

Sure nice to have in the cold weather. Right?
