Not sure about the coffee , but i'm on the keto diet and its amazing !  But i have will power to never cheat .. 2 weeks 11 pounds and i feel like i could run a race !  I was getting ready for a trip,  but now i'm getting ready for who knows what !  I'll have to look up the coffee  !  But if i get any more energy i'll be able to thread a sewing machine while it running with my  jitters !

Clicked on it...said broken link when I clicked it...when I check Rita Hanson only get 4 pages 'cuz I'm not on Facebook...won't let me look any farther than that...don't see any dog image for any of them on facebook pic...when I get around to signing up I'll try again....

Its all about dog stuff , so no drama on my wall !  its the messenger that i was thinking , gmail has one too i like it better !! You said your not a fan of FB  i get why !

I thought the KETO diet just limited carbs, so I don't see how a coffee could not be Keto.

I've been hearing a lot about this diet, especially for men... sounded a lot like the Atkin's diet that used to be the rage decades ago.

I'll have to look more into it, I want to lose 5 pounds in the next two weeks - grad parties... so Keto might be something I seriously need to check out ASAP.
