Are you a night or day person?

I'm a Night person but have to be up during the day, maybe the world should be active 24 hours versus going to sleep at night. WAKE UP!!

I'm a night owl.  I like to go to bed late and get up late.  If I don't have to work the next day I will stay up until 3am then sleep until 12pm.

I used to be a night person, but am now a day person. I need loads of sleep to feel rested (at least 9 hours). I guess my late night partying is over.

I am a day person.  I am the first one up and usually the last to go to bed.  I wouldnt know what 8 hrs of sleep would feel like.  but I am a mother and I love it.

Can you be both? I seem to never sleep. Little naps I call it, when I do lay down. I'm usually up 20 out of 24 hours.

While Pregnant sleeping at night was a breeze. Now sleeping Is even more difficult. Having a baby In a hospital 10 minutes away In another town has messed my sleeping up.

It all depends on the. A day like today i am neither. all i want to do is lay and bed and sleep. i am sore from my jog yesterday and i have no energy. i dont feel so good either.
