he had some pretty good teams he will be missed by huskie fans hope he enjoys his grandchildren.

I have a lot of respect for how he built the program, miss the big east battles his teams would have with syracuse, g'town, seton hall etc.,enjoy your retirement coach calhoun  8) :thumbsup:

He built a program from the ground up which was amazing along with 3 national titles.

   Jim  Calhoun is a Hall of Fame coach! he has done it all!!! but I think he just turned 70, so I would say that it was a good time to retire
