I was a homebody and worked from home anyway and now without church as a landmark I have no idea what day of the week it ever is. They're doing sermons on youtube now and I've gotten very spoiled with being able to go to church in my pajamas lol.

That's so funny you ask this because I was cleaning out a closet and found my old Sega Genesis yesterday. Well all the junk is still spread out around that closet because I sat right down and started playing lol.

Yeah my earnings are nearly at a standstill. I used to have 4 sites like this I hit regularly. One closed a while back and one recently announced it was discontinuing the only way I ever used to earn there, and I was nowhere near the cashout threshold so I decided to just abandon it instead of sinking more time in. I hope my remaining two don't follow suit.

I am privileged to live with my family so I'm not lonely and we have been able to find at least a little of most of the food and things we wanted, apart from lysol etc. I was the world's biggest homebody anyway so socially, the quarantine has barely changed anything for me. Work is a slightly different story though.

The checks aren't even out yet and practically all I see online is people complaining that $1200 isn't enough. I'm pleasantly surprised they're actually sending anything at all. This will be the first time the govt has ever sent me money instead of the other way around and I'm happy to get it.

I've seen lots of people wondering whether the virus hit the USA earlier than we think. I had a wicked flu recently that I'm now wondering if it could have been covid. A couple weeks before that my family took a trip to see the grand canyon and I remember wondering why the vast majority of tourists around us were asians wearing face masks. Now that I check my calendar, that was a couple days before the travel restrictions were announced. :/

It's easy to be an armchair politician. Maybe every step taken has not been perfect but hindsight is 2020 and I don't see how (in general, not just with covid19) countries are expected to know how to respond while still in the early stages. Do we shut down all travel and business every time there's a new contagious illness somewhere in the world? I don't know how this stuff works but I would imagine that happens regularly.
