Do you read or watch tv before going to bed?

I almost have to. Basically, it is the only time I can. Usually, I have my grand-daughter's shows on during the day, or part of the day.
My time is after 9pm.

i usually spend the last hour before bed checking up on my farmville stuff on facebook and half-watching whatever my husband is watching on tv. this of course only happens if my daughter actually stays in bed from her bedtime at 8

No. I try to clear my mind before I go to bed. I sleep better that way.

With my really odd work schedule I usually end up taking a bath right before I go to bed. It relaxes me. While I'm soaking I might read a book to further along the process or I write. Then when I'm done I go right to bed.

I used to read, now I watch the DVR.  Both of them make me sleepy!

Yes.  I watch TV until about 9 or 10, but then the TV is off, lights off and go to sleep.

I watched Pastor Prince, it was about stress, then I was about to fall asleep then started stressing, go figure. I didn't do that one too well.
