This is America, the land of the Free, so it's the persons choice if they want to change or not.

Is it natural? Should someone have the right to do this? What are your thoughts.

You should love yourself the way God made you. I read somewhere that there is a runner from somewhere that has both sexes. it was many years ago and I cannot recall the name.

I think it's a sin, cause there's no such thing in the bible.

The bible also doesn't have vaccines, so those must be a sin to use too right?

I don't think it is right, but who am I to judge.  People will do what they want and will have to answer to their God because God do not make a mistake. (If you were born a girl you are a girl and the same for boys) God don't make mistakes.

Not really. Science has shown it IS possible for someone's brain to develop different from their body. If anything, this shows there cannot be a god. If such a god exist, and if such a god is perfect and doesn't make mistakes, why is there so much imperfection in the world? The answer is pretty clear. Imperfection exist because there isn't an all perfect god.

Evolution, on the other hand, makes mistakes. In fact, without this imperfection and without making mistakes, evolution wouldn't even exist. The law of natural selection main tenant is the fact that mistakes are made when it comes to figuring out the best process by which to solve a problem. This is apparent in any system.

Obviously its not natural but I don't condone the people that choose to do it. But I believe that people have the right to do whatever they want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. As for the people spewing stuff from the bible. No one is perfect, everyone sins. Think of that when you sit there judging people who are 'different' from you.

Again, this means that we should be happy that we get cancer as well. Are you suggesting that all attempts to find a cure for cancer should be ended because they are obviously not natural and therefore goes against god?

Hah what a coincidence as I was just posting sorta about this on your other topic.

I think it's fine. Of course they have a right to do whatever they want with their own bodies - this generally isn't a harmful practice, like suicide or eating disorders. That it's performed by surgeons makes me feel much better (as opposed to people who do at home alterations to their bodies).
Of course, not everyone goes "all the way" to surgical options. Some do just hormones and others just live as their proper gender regardless of their genitals. This is also fine. Everyone is different.

And what is natural? Clownfish change their gender (as do other fish, starfish, some lesser animals, a frog species...)

Off Topic - I think you should post these kind of topics in the sub-forum "Debate & Discuss" since this could potentially turn into a "divisive discussion".

It is to each their own as to what they chose to be their sexually orientation should not matter; the person is still a individual deserving to to best of whatever they chose to be.

My thing is we are not suppose to judge, but at the end of the day society is built on judging a persons looks, sexuality and assets.  I do not have a problem with that because as an individual we need to make self happy before we can love another.  If that is what a person chooses, then who am I to have a say so, and family wise I love them the same.
