That moment when you realize as a girl, that you have to jump around to get your jeans on...


It's time i lose some weight.

none of my jeans fit anymore, but i can't find a diet plan yet.

I have the most trouble with what to eat. -____-

you probably don't have to loose that much don't go  with fad diets just eat healthier drink more water and exercise more easier said then done. one thing is don't eat any carbs for dinner no potatoes,rice or bread or dessert so hard.

I need to lose weight too but I have always found weight watchers to be the best

Drink lots of water and do cardio. It sounds like you probably only have to lose 5 pounds if your jeans just aren't fitting the same.

Eat lots of fruit and veggies,and of course plenty of water/ long as you watch how much you eat/and plenty of exercise

i'm finger skinny and i still have to jump to put on my jeans, because everything i eat goes straight to my butt. lol

Try to eat smaller portions, don't eat after 7pm and try to walk for about half an hour a day.......that should do it.

I know it is hard to do, but everything is possible when your determined. Try starting off with small adjustments.  Substitute soda and juice for carbonated water and sugar free drinks!

Goodness. I started the summer off with a great routine, feeling great, and lost pounds. I have gained five of those back, slacked off of my routine, and don't know what happened? How do we stick to exercise and diet routine?

I lost 35 pounds in weight watchers.  Tried other diets but didn't work, WW did and it was easy.  I like the idea you can eat anything, nothing is off limits you just have to count your point values.
