What do you think is the best exercise walking on a treadmill sitting on a stationary bike or walking?

Personally, I'd rather walk outside.

I get bored sitting on a stationary bike, or on a treadmill.

Outside, there is so much to see that it doesn't get old.

Excercise is a body in motion. Getting a sweat worked up is cardio work-up. Excersise doesn't have to be strenous just keep it moving.

The best is walking in the real world but sometimes where you live and the weather don't make this possible.  A treadmill is next best but a stationary bike is great if you have sorry knees.  My husband works out every day.  I need to but am really irregular about it.

I would think walking is the best form out of the three, especially with the fresh air and vitamin D

Walking outside is always better than sitting or walking on a boring stationary bike or treadmill.

I hate to exercise. I have a health condition that only allows me to do the stationary bike because I have bad knees. if their is nothing wrong with your knees I would say just walking. :notworthy:

I like walking, not sure if one is better then the other; a lot  may have to do with personal preference and maybe the weather or climate conditions where one lives. I like prefer to walk; but it gets cold here in winter so on those days I wish I had a treadmill!

I'm going to go with stationary bike simply because you have the option to sit or stand. With other forms of exercise, like treadmills or walking, if you're tired, you'll probably just stop. With a bike, you can start out standing, and if you're tired, you may sit for a bit but you keep moving. So, may be a break in the intensity of the exercise, but never a complete break in the exercise itself. You're more like to reach your goals this way which builds more confidence for the next time around.

I think the tredmill works better then the bike cause you don't sit on your butt while work out.
