I am in a rut right now where I wake up at 230 every day when I don't have to get up until 5am for work. Definitely making me irratible.

7 am for me today my day off. Funny how our bodies convert the sleep cycle to our work schedules.

I slept later than usual this morning and I feel guilty about it.

Saturdays are my favorite!  I rarely sleep in either.  Lots to do on the weekends but it's fun stuff to do.  I wish I had a Krogers in my town!  Happy shopping :)

I'm not getting too much sleep right now. Feeling kind of restless. I hope it passes soon. At least I've been able to enjoy most mornings.

I got up at 8:30 this am so a little later than usual.  I'm restless nearly every night but some nights are worse than others.  My sleep pattern usually cycles every few months or so.  I'll be glad when I get back to the cycle where I have no trouble getting to sleep and can stay asleep all night lol

I get up at different times everyday. Sometimes early, sometimes late. I go to bed early sometimes, sometimes late. Good thing I make my own work schedule otherwise I would not be able to do this. I remember having to follow a work schedule for many, many years. Making my own schedule now for days and times I want to work is great.

I only sleep four to five hours per week night because I work two jobs. On the weekends I generally sleep about six to seven hours a night. If I go out to eat or for cocktails I will extend that sleep period to eight hours or if my body needs it I may even go nine hours. Last night we went to a friend's daughter's twenty first birthday party and there was champagne everywhere. I slept for nine hours and will be paying for it as I work ten to fourteen hours today. This was a heavy workload week so I was averaging four hours of sleep per night and had to crash for an hour yesterday afternoon. I also gave blood yesterday and that tends to wear me out a little more. I would prefer to sleep more if there were more time in the week to get this accomplished.  Nah...I would probably just work even more.
