Date Night

    Tonight is date night for me and my husband.  We are going to dinner and a movie.  Has anyone seen Shutter Island yet?   That is what I would like to see.  I love date nights, and hope we will always be able to do that.  We have only been married 6 months.

Congratulations tigerlilly01 on your 6 months "anniversary"!  Date night is a great tradition for you to have.

My husband and I have been married 33 years.  We do date nights often....not every Friday night.  Dinner and a movie is one of our favorite date night activities.  (However we can have a blast just walking down the aisles of a Walmart.  Or, going into a Hallmark store (any card store or card aisle works) and sharing every funny or mushy card each of us finds.  Silly I know, but we can have fun doing just about anything!)

Spending time together is what counts.  Have fun on your date.

we usually go to this little mexican restaurant.
we live practically right next to lake eerie, so i'm excited
for warmer weather and evening walks on the beach!

I am divorced and so is my significant other.  We love our date nights or any night that we can get time together.  He has his son three nights of the week, so once in a while we have a "family" date night and if we have not had one in a while, his wonderful son will speak up and request that we go out.    The son is a wonderful 11 year old boy who sees me as "PERFECT" so it is nice to have my date nights with two special guys.

this is a nice topic and so many nice posts here.

We get date night occassionally but we have issues finding babysitters that we trust, etc.... so it's not as often as I would like.

I'm excited because it looks as though my husband and I are going to be able to see Avenue Q for our anniversary this year.

My husband and I love having date nights. This November will make 6 years for us. I don't think anyone answered your question about Shutter Island lol...I have not seen it yet. Sorry
