If it is that loud the suggestions about the landlord and police are good.  For the most part I have always lived in rural areas and this has never been a problem for me.  The last thing I would do would be to confront them personally.  If they are playing loud music then they are partying, getting drunk, stoned, high and or in some out of there right mind mood or state.  Confronting personally could turn quite violent quite quickly.

I've had that same problem, but I just deal with it. Some others might call the cops then they might come. You might do that. I just don't want any problems so I just deal with it. Good luck!

Don't even bother just dealing with it.   I used to "let" one of my neighbors periodically have a loud gathering, because it was occasional, then it became too often and way too loud too late.   I didn't bother to confront them or bother, they are neighbors & I want to maintain a good welcoming neighborhood - everyone gets along.

I called the police & filed a complaint anonymously, they'll never know who called.  Police came by talked to them, then the police drove by to make sure it was all quiet a bit later.  They get first offense, second offense, etc...   They get fined eventually.   Disturbing the peace.    There are civil ordinances that one has to adhere to in a society.

Police came, they never had a loud party again, and never one that lasted late at night.  All I did was make a simple phone call, anonymously.   My life continued in peace, stress free.

I have these neighbors who play loud music. I've already had to go outside once and ask them to turn it down. I've let it go for awhile but it just seems to get worse. Anyone else have this problem? How would you deal with it?

Eventually, I will call the police and have them tell them to turn it down.

Or they are just rude and inconsiderate.  At any rate I agree with not confronting them.  Most people do not take it very well.
