If I were you, wear ear plugs.
That is what I do!

I haven't noticed any loud music around me. But since more people than usual have been home this summer, I've noticed an increase in extremely loud cars and motorcycles. We have a road next to our apartment that has few stoplights, so apparently it's fun to cruise down with your biker gang or drag race your crappy and obnoxious Honda Civic.

I live in a city where we have a 11 pm cut off time for loud music but a lot of people break that rule . Cops have been called out just to tell people they can't really do anything even though its the law. I think texas cops here are lazy

I hear you. My county doesn't have a noise ordinance. Kind of sucks, especially since my neighbors are loud and play their loud music constantly.

My sister in law in New York is having an issue with fireworks at this time.  She said they don't even wait until it gets dark and they go off until 4am and she can't sleep.  We heard loud booms while on the phone with her at 11pm.  It has to be annoying.

I think everyone at some point in their lives have had to suffer loud music.  They seem to think people will enjoy the same type of music-NOT.

I remember being in Trenton NJ and someone had their music so loud coming out of their car you could hear it at least 4 blocks away. I cannot believe that is allowed.

I used to have the same problem with a teenage boy who lived next door to us. He would constantly play his music so loudly, you could hear it all over the neighborhood. Nobody ever complained to him about it and he kept right on doing it until he graduated from high school and went into the army.

Where we now live it's no problem, but at one time we lived in a twin home (half of a double) the people in the other side played music so loud it actually made the pictures on the adjoining wall vibrate
