Again I've had a ticket into support for question why, when I enter my payment proof, does it show Pending and then the red X and Cancel. This is twice in a row now. I've questioned it with the last one and never heard anything so I just canceled the ticket. Now I opened another ticket and updated it. They aren't giving me a reason. There is no private info on the payment proof that I can see so what's the problem????

Because that is how it works.  Mine that is awaiting payment currently says "pending".  They have to manually approve it.  I also have the option to "cancel" the payment. That is why you are seeing that.

Or are you talking about the $1 you get where you submit where you got paid?  Your post is really confusing.  I just now got paid a couple weeks ago for when I submitted back in March.  For several months nobody seemed to be getting paid.

Are you sure you are submitting the picture that goes with the payment you ticked?  That could be a problem.  The two amounts have to match.

I'm assuming he's talking about the post showing his payment.... you can cancel it if you want... I think that is what he is referring to.... you are not very clear

It's the $1 picture payment bonus. That was my original post on this subject and don't see how it could've been confusing. That's just it! My request says pending on the new proof of payment and Cancel in the last column!!! It's my May proof of payment that I posted for the $1. They aren't answering my ticket on this. How can my amounts not match when I'm posting the most recent payment? That doesn't make sense.

Perhaps I am wrong but I believe that Fusion cash is now a one man operation.  And it might be that that one man has other obligations besides Fusion Cash.

If I had to open a support ticket, I would do so and then hope for the best. I would go about my business and one day my ticket might get answered.

This message has been out there since December of last year.  Have had a ticket open since then and redo it every week and still no answer and really do not think it will ever be taken care of.  Even got an email back in March that it was escalated and still no response.

Because it is.  I am not the only one who did not understand what you were asking or saying.

It says PENDING because they have not approved it yet.  As I already said it will show pending until they manually approve it.  You have CANCEL in the last col because you have the option to cancel the request if you so choose.

My last submission for this took like 4 months to pay out.  Everyone else's did as well.  As far as tickets being answered I do not know what the deal is.  I have two that are over 2 months old.  I assume they will not be replied to.

I have mentioned it before and certain people wanted to jump down my throat. But it is concerning when nobody answers support tickets (use to it was a 2 day wait) and so many things seem to not be working on the site.  *I see people complaining about that all the time.  I have had issues as well like with videos but I do not even bother with that any more.  Besides the fact that I know it is a waste to spend 45 min to an hour playing a video for 2 pennies.  I am not that hard up for money.

This has been on there for a year.  And I have 2 tickets that were submitted over 2 months ago.  You cannot tell me they are over 2 months behind in responding to support tickets.  Yes they answer in the order they receive the tickets but most should be able to be solved in 10 min or less.

Responding to support tickets seems to take a while. The last ticket I submitted, I received a response after the issue had been resolved, and the one before that took so long to get a response I had forgotten I had sent it. I hope it is just that they have an abundance of tickets to go through and nothing more.

The problem is FC paid me in MARCH. I put in for the picture payment $1 bonus almost immediately.  I waited until JUNE. In June FC paid me again. Was I supposed to lose a picure payment bonus for March? Evidently, because the rules state only one picture payment bonus at a time. From the instructions "Please note that you can have only one pending request at a time." So if they didn't pay in March, I couldn't request a payment for June according to that. Now, my June bonus is still pending.

So-Can someone tell me how long it take to receive the picture payment bonus?   I never remember it taking this long for payment. Does it really take 3 or more months to get that bonus? If that's the case, then I won't be able to request my July payment when I receive it.  That's crazy!

After Cash Out I received a disqual for a survey.  I am sending a ticket to see why, and ask that it be reinstated if it isn't my fault.  Waiting to see the outcome.

Note:  I can't remember the contents and really do not know what went wrong, if it was full when I submitted or what.

Well, I guess they can wait to answer tickets for 2 months. I'm still waiting for my June ticket to be answered on my Picture Payment bonus. On my last ticket, they emailed by the bonus would be paid June 10 for the March picture payment, but I never received it and got tired of waiting so canceled it so I could put my picture payment in for June..  Now I've been waiting for approval of my June picture payment to be approved since June. It seems to be a waste of time for me to try for that extra $1 because I haven't received one since May of last year.

You are suppose to wait until that one approves.  You may not get it every month.  It took almost 6 months for my last one to get approved. There was a big discussion on here and nobody got it for several months.  Not sure what is going on but something seems to be amiss.
