Do u drink sodas or prefer water?

I limit myself to one soft drink a day because I don't like the diet soft drinks and I can't drink a lot with the sugar because I'm a diabetic.  I'm not a big fan of water, especially from the tap because of all the chemicals in the water.  It tastes funny.

I drink water or hot tea. Sodas have too much sugar in it, even the diet sodas.

I drink water over soda, but I do drink a lot of tea.  I have to watch that because it is a diuretic and can really dehydrate you.

I drink water with my meals and one diet soda at night with TV watching along with some peanuts.

I gave up on sodas over a year ago, and feel better for it.  I lost 5 pounds by just giving up the soda!  Water is healthier for you anyways.  I will only drink a soda once in a while if there is not other choice or if I am at a get toghether.

I never really drank soda. I prefer water. If I want something sweet, I will put a few drops of Mio in the water. I dont' do it often. We have well water and it tastes really good, so it's satisfying.

Our household kicked soda December 2017 but we do drink soda water as a replacement sometimes to avoid heartburn after certain foods.

I like them both; I did a gallon a day water challenge last month and after a couple weeks in noticed I gained a few pounds from it.

Try adding Crystal Light flavor packets to your water, they help.

I drink both but I can't say what I prefer. Soda tastes better but water is healthier which something I need to focus more on.

It depends on whether or not I'm in the mood for sweet.  I like soda, but can only take so much of it.

I can do without soda and need to ween myself off. It won't be a problem since it doesn't sit well with me. But I guess having flavored sparking water defeats the purpose.

I prefer coffee and water. I use to love sodas, but I have got use to being without them.
