What is the Scariest you have ever seen in your life?

For me that would be sitting at the computer one night with the tv on in front of me in the distance and seeing a dark shadow go accross it slowly. I did yell out anyone there? Got no answer. So i walked closer to where i saw it and nothing was there. Scared me big time because i thought someone got int he house

During my college years back in the 1990's, saw a ghost of a woman that was wearing a dress during the Civil War period. She looked sad. This was before my interest in the paranormal.

Probably waking up at about 3am and seeing a man squatted down in the hallway watching me sleep.  The bathroom light was on so I had a clear view.

Mine is silly but when I was like 12 or 13 I was taking out the trash one night. I usually didnt turn on the side light because Id just quickly toss the bag. But this time in the darkness something caught my eye as I was closing to trash bin lid. 2 big gleaming eyes! As my eyes adjusted I was able to see the full hairy outline. A huge possum was hanging on the fence right in front of me! My heart completely stopped and I ran inside. That was my first time seeing a possum (however you spell it) and now I am totally creeped out everytime I see one, especially when they scurry places :/ ewww eww ewwww. I have the chills now

This wasn't the scariest thing but it definitely freaked me out. It was a few years ago, I was watching Ghost Adventures. My closet was open and I had a bunch of hangers in there. Out of all of the hangers I had only one was moving back and forth. Like someone was moving it. It was weird.

Scariest thing I ever saw was a tornado on my way home from work. I was on the interstate driving 70 and all of a sudden everyone started driving like 20 we were following the tornado. I was so afraid I was going to have to pull over and get in a ditch. Very scary. Don't want to ever experience that again.

Well the scariest thing I ever saw was a lady who tried to commit suicide in front of my mom and I by ramming her car into a telephone pole. I was 8 and I will never forget the sounds and how scared I felt.
The second scariest was today when I was wrapping my hair in my towel and a spider fell from the towel right by my feet. I screamed like a baby

Probably the nightmares I had as a kid.  They seem trivial now, but I was always scared when they happened back then.

The scariest thing for me is probably when I was an assistant to a county coroner. A call came in about a wreck that had took place on a bridge. When we got there I found a baby that had been strapped in a car seat; lying face down on the pavement up against the railing of the bridge. Of course the 2 month old baby didn't survive. After further investigation it was learned that the mother had taken out a very large insurance policy on the infant. She had planned out the death to collect the money, but in turn she was also injured in the accident. She ended up loosing both of her legs and not getting one red cent of the insurance money. She is now living in prison and will probably be there the rest of her life. It really sickens and scares me what some people will do for the sake of money.
