5 year old boy's toys - help

I need ideas for a 5 year old boy's toys.  I only have granddaughters, so I'm kind of stuck.  All I know is he LOVES Spiderman.  I got him a LEGO Spiderman kit - is that OK, any other ideas, Spiderman or not I would really appreciate.  Thanks FC members!!

If you just go to amazon.com and do a search on "toys for 5 year old boys", up will come hundreds of toy ideas for a 5 year old boy. I think the Chutes and Ladders Super Hero Squad game by Hasbro looks good for a kid who loves Spiderman, but there are plenty of other good ideas there too.

Maybe a spiderman fathead?(sounds funny i know but google it!)
It's pretty much a wall decal but it can bring any kid's imagination to life
