What exervise dvd's do you have that you still look at and exercise too. I was watching
and following my yoga dvd, but I have not watched it in a long time.

I have a few Billy Blanks, but they don't seem to do much, so when I can't run I still try to do them.

none.  I've bought a few over the years but no clue where they are now and could never get into them really well.

I LOVE Jillian Michaels' exercise DVDs. Beginner Shred is excellent for beginners, and 30 Day Shred is amazing in how fast the workouts help tone one's body. With 30 Day Shred I literally saw visual results in one week. She also has a kickboxing one that is great.  #teamjillian

I own a Richard Simmons Disco workout DVD.  I owned the VCR tape of the same workout and when it wore out I decided to invest in the DVD.  I could do that routine in my sleep.

I have downstairs neighbors so I don't use my DVD very often.  Don't want to disturb the neighbors but I still want the DVD.
Have a great day!

I like The Firm. Some of them you need the equipment they sell but there's lots of others you don't. These days they have more, shorter workouts, like HIIT. They're good if you're short on time.
