I have it a little in my right wrist, but it isn't bad.  It seems when I use my wrist brace it really helps.  I've never heard how people do after the surgery because I don't know anyone personally who has it that bad.  Are you considering getting the surgery?

No I was just curious. I will wear my braces and deal with the pain.

I am sorry you are going through such ordeal.  I don't know much about this type of surgery.  Good luck to you.

One thing I found that really helped was to move my mouse to the top of my tower (on the floor) so the angle my wrist changed and it got better. I also switch hands I use for my mouse every week or so.
