I constantly clean house as a form of exercise. I try to get out and walk when I can. :)

I also count mowing the yard as exercise.  Have to mow at least once a week.

It's hard to keep a consistent exercise routine :/ But I try my best and try to have fun while exercising, otherwise it's just boring and feels like work.

I walked every day once with husband and twice with the dogs and try to hit the gym at least 4 times a week.  It is hard to lose the weight when you get older or just trying to maintain it.

I try to exercise at the least 2 hours a week if not 3, 4 hours a week.  Still overweight, but try to stay fit.  Am 68, want to keep cholesterol down.

I try to get in some kind of exercise each and every day. I really enjoy it and plus it keeps me in shape. I was able to lose 28 pounds which I'm very proud of. i went from 180 down to 135 in 3 yeas . i walked about 5 miles a day at work now and i eat regular meals.

Now that it's finally cool enough outside, I've been trying to jog 4-5 days a week. I don't know if it's related to jogging, but lately I've been having trouble sleeping. So starting tomorrow, I'm going to try to do 30 min of yoga before bed every night. I try to go for a walk on my non-jog days. I don't think it does anything for weight loss, but at least I'm moving. Every little bit counts.

I used to to go the gym at least once a week- but i just don't have time anymore. I do walk my dogs at least once a day so I know I am getting some exercise, but not as much as I wish I could.
